Developed by Red Ninja, a design-led technology company that specialises in Smart Cities, Utility Master Planning (UMP) is a collaboration between Liverpool City Council & ScottishPower Energy Networks. UMP is an online platform in which data on planning applications can be accessed, downloaded and interpreted securely.
